Position: Psychotherapist

Employment Type: W2, Minimum of 20 clients per week for Full-Time status

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience with specialized training (IFS, EMDR, KAP, ERP, PE, NARM, Brainspotting, etc.)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Value your own personal and professional growth
  • Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions, with option for group, family and couples work
  • Implement evidence-based trauma treatment modalities and holistic approaches
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Participate in group consultation meetings
  • Actively foster an inclusive and affirming environment for individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences, ensuring respect and equity in every interaction


Requirements
:

  • Licensed psychotherapist in NC (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or equivalent)
  • LCAS or significant experience in addiction work is strongly desired
  • Experience in Crisis Intervention and Mental Health First Aid strongly desired
  • Specialized training in trauma therapy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • *Provisionally Licensed Clinicians may apply if you have at least 2 years of experience and trauma informed training

  • Ability to choose which clients are a good fit (no clients will ever be "put" on your caseload)
